As a strategic finance partner, this position collaborates closely with Accounting, Corporate Finance and Sales teams to strengthen cash flow management, minimize credit risk, and support sustainable business growth within the FMCG and General Trade distribution business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead treasury operations, including cash flow planning, liquidity management, and daily cash position monitoring.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payment execution, and collection activities to ensure operational effectiveness.
- Develop cash flow forecasts and optimize working capital to support business operations.
- Monitor AR aging, collection performance, and payment schedules while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding receivables.
- Establish treasury controls, payment governance, and operational procedures to ensure secure and efficient financial transactions.
- Collaborate with Accounting, Budget & Control, and business stakeholders to ensure accurate cash forecasting and operational planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen treasury processes, payment efficiency, and operational scalability.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management, AP/AR, or Finance Operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, treasury operations, AP/AR, and working capital management.
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, or retail industries is preferred.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
