Provides People and Culture support to employees and frontline leaders through HR advice, reporting, policy and procedure updates, workplace investigations, performance management, enterprise agreement interpretation, systems administration, case management, projects, and cultural initiatives. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder influence, project delivery, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Travel may be required as operationally needed.

Supports recruitment, onboarding, cross-boarding, employment compliance, HR administration, and personnel record management. The role prepares employment offers and contracts, coordinates new-starter documentation and background checks, responds to employment condition and entitlement enquiries, supports HR data management, and collaborates with managers, business partners, payroll, operations, and talent acquisition teams on employee lifecycle improvements.

Serves as the first point of contact for families exploring residential aged care. Provides friendly service, manages records and paperwork, showcases the aged care home, supports prospective residents, conducts cold calls, develops referral sources, and uses sales and negotiation skills to secure new residents. Knowledge of aged care fees and funding is beneficial but not essential.
