Provides People and Culture support to employees and frontline leaders through HR advice, reporting, policy and procedure updates, workplace investigations, performance management, enterprise agreement interpretation, systems administration, case management, projects, and cultural initiatives. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder influence, project delivery, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Travel may be required as operationally needed.

Support the Residential Aged Care Manager by maintaining rosters and records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, managing enquiries, providing customer service, and helping with billing, payroll, stocktake, and daily administration. The role also includes mentoring an Administration Officer and supporting smooth home operations.

Supports recruitment, onboarding, cross-boarding, employment compliance, HR administration, and personnel record management. The role prepares employment offers and contracts, coordinates new-starter documentation and background checks, responds to employment condition and entitlement enquiries, supports HR data management, and collaborates with managers, business partners, payroll, operations, and talent acquisition teams on employee lifecycle improvements.
