About the Role

As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care.

You’ll be a team player who:

  • Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email.
  • Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc
  • Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families
  • Has a track record of success in sales including strong negotiation and outstanding customer service
  • Has the ability to conduct cold calls and secure new referral sources
  • Possess knowledge of Aged Care including fees and funding (Ideal but not essential)
