Serve as subject-matter leader influencing fund economics, revenue attribution, and execution discipline to accelerate revenue and improve capital deployment.

Support and deliver Equitable Path Forward and Partner Sustainability initiatives by developing technical assistance, managing consultant and grant processes, coordinating cross-organizational partnerships, running cohorts and events, tracking KPIs and program data, and contributing to strategy, funder reporting, and stakeholder engagement to strengthen affordable housing developers and operators.

Lead design, implementation, administration, and daily operations of the enterprise LMS. Project-manage Workday/CMS integrations, configure users/courses, troubleshoot issues, maintain content standards, produce usage reports and KPIs, collaborate with Organizational Development, and drive continuous improvement of learning programs and accessibility.

Lead enterprise-wide operating expense budgeting, forecasting, governance, and variance analysis. Strengthen financial controls, evaluate investments and productivity, and provide decision support. Partner cross-functionally to improve cost discipline and advise leadership on spending alignment.

Analyze affordable multifamily development opportunities financed with LIHTC. Build investment-grade financial models, draft Preliminary Investment Reviews, prepare deal submissions, manage deal assignments, maintain developer relationships, track projects in Salesforce, support originators, and perform special acquisitions projects. Travel to sites and work occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods.

Provide enterprise-wide FP&A analysis and capital strategy support, evaluating business models, investment cases, and capital allocation frameworks. Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, improve capital efficiency, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to inform strategic decisions.

Lead federal policy communications strategy, develop messaging and media relations, promote policy research and advocacy, secure interviews/op-eds, manage reporter relationships, support C-suite communications, coordinate with marketing, fundraising, and coalition partners, and deliver rapid-response public messaging to advance affordable housing policy.

Oversee daily operations of the New York office, staff front desk, manage vendors, supplies, facilities liaison, support meetings and events, assist with select financial tasks (AP, expense reports, petty cash), coordinate basic hiring/onboarding and maintain office records. Provide general administrative and supervisory support to ensure smooth office functioning.

Support investor marketing and due diligence for LIHTC investments by compiling and maintaining investor materials, coordinating internal responses, administering the investor portal, managing IR data in Salesforce, coordinating meetings and site visits, and assisting with invoices, onboarding, and special projects to ensure timely, accurate investor communications.

Lead LIHTC tax structuring and financial model reviews, support underwriters and investors, update models for tax law changes, coordinate closings and post-closing reviews, train analysts, and advise cross-functionally on complex LIHTC transactions and structuring issues.

Lead and maintain ECLF's operational framework, including policy and procedure management, business systems administration, cross-functional coordination across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management teams, contract and payments management, program monitoring, and support for program development and implementation. Serve as program management lead and ECLF representative on Enterprise-level operational and data governance initiatives, audits, and systems improvements.
