The intern collaborates with preservation staff, policymakers, advocates, developers, and community partners while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Leads Enterprise Advisors’ Incubation and Trends practice focused on land use, zoning reform, housing supply, and emerging technology. Manages projects and 2–4 staff, develops strategy and business opportunities, oversees technical assistance engagements, and advises local governments and community partners. Directs geospatial data integration, spatial analysis, parcel prioritization, mapping, market studies, and quantitative and qualitative research using tools such as ArcGIS, R, and Python.
