The Policy Analyst supports federal affordable housing policy advocacy by analyzing legislation, regulations, and proposals; coordinating policy-team deliverables; preparing briefing materials, testimony, communications, and legislative analyses; managing projects; and building relationships with Congressional staff, federal agencies, coalitions, and industry partners. The role focuses on HUD, USDA, and Treasury appropriations and tax priorities, represents Enterprise in policy coalitions, and collaborates across internal teams.

Support investor marketing and due diligence for LIHTC investments by compiling and maintaining investor materials, coordinating internal responses, administering the investor portal, managing IR data in Salesforce, coordinating meetings and site visits, and assisting with invoices, onboarding, and special projects to ensure timely, accurate investor communications.

Lead and maintain ECLF's operational framework, including policy and procedure management, business systems administration, cross-functional coordination across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management teams, contract and payments management, program monitoring, and support for program development and implementation.
