Lead LIHTC tax structuring and financial model reviews, support underwriters and investors, update models for tax law changes, coordinate closings and post-closing reviews, train analysts, and advise cross-functionally on complex LIHTC transactions and structuring issues.

Serve as strategic liaison between business units and IT to align technology with organizational goals. Build trusted partnerships with senior leaders, manage demand and service delivery, prioritize initiatives, develop business cases, and drive continuous improvement and innovation in BRM practices.

Design and deliver technical and soft-skills training for property management and community development. Create blended learning (virtual, in-person, microlearning), maintain LMS/SharePoint records, evaluate training effectiveness, produce quarterly reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hybrid Maryland role with semi-monthly travel to Columbia for new-hire orientation.
