The Senior Accountant prepares and analyzes financial results for LIHTC and real estate equity funds. Responsibilities include maintaining ledgers, journal entries, workpapers, fund cash activity, quarterly financial statements, tax returns, audits, investor reports, and GAAP-to-tax analyses. The role also supports financial decision-making, internal controls, process improvements, automation, and communications with investors, auditors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Leads end-to-end delivery of enterprise technical projects involving Salesforce, integrations, custom development, and data initiatives. Owns project governance, scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, testing, releases, cutovers, and stabilization. Partners with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, data teams, and delivery vendors while coordinating Agile practices and organizational change. Manages concurrent projects, oversees onshore and offshore consultants, supports Salesforce modernization and Lightning adoption, and provides executive-level reporting and accountability.
