Design, develop, validate, and maintain Epic Clarity revenue cycle reports. Lead design, development, and deployment of role-based clinical education for oncology and infusion services. Translate workflows into training and system requirements, partner with Epic/informatics and clinical stakeholders, manage LMS tracking, provide go-live and post-go-live stabilization support, and deliver simulation-based competency validation to ensure adoption across providers, nursing, pharmacy, and operations.

Lead enterprise clinical device integration projects (Mindray and others) from discovery through post-go-live stabilization. Manage multi-vendor plans, infrastructure readiness (VLANs, wired/wireless, servers), Epic interfaces, clinical workflow validation, testing, deployment, governance, capital planning, and stakeholder communications across sites.

Lead delivery and client engagement for Clinical Solutions, managing clinical consultants and ensuring high-quality EHR-focused implementations across inpatient, ambulatory, and perioperative settings. Drive team performance, QA standards, resource allocation, client trust, billable advisory work, and contribute to growth through proposals and account expansion.

Lead Information Services program management for a Cancer Center Epic activation. Develop and maintain integrated schedules, coordinate Epic application and third-party integrations, manage cross-functional dependencies, monitor risks and issues, support cutover/go-live and stabilization, provide executive reporting, and partner with external program leadership to ensure IT readiness and successful go-live outcomes.

Lead and mature client PMOs for enterprise healthcare organizations, driving end-to-end Epic and EHR implementations, governance, risk management, and go-live readiness.
