Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SharePoint, and project management tool proficiency.

Leads and develops 6–10 Learning and Organizational Change Management consultants while overseeing client delivery across training, adoption, readiness, communications, and transformation workstreams. Responsibilities include coaching, performance management, staffing and utilization oversight, quality assurance, client facilitation, stakeholder management, proposal support, hiring, onboarding, and practice development. The Manager balances people leadership with billable consulting delivery and supports client satisfaction, account growth, and consistent delivery standards.
