Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated experience leading testing or quality assurance activities for complex technology projects
- Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, and defect management processes
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices
- Experience coordinating testing across business, technical, and operational teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a staff augmentation or consulting environment
- Ability to communicate testing risks and readiness to technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience supporting healthcare information technology projects
- Experience with Epic or other electronic health record systems
- Experience leading integrated testing across multiple applications, interfaces, and stakeholder groups
- Familiarity with public-sector healthcare environments
- Experience supporting large-scale system implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Knowledge of test management and defect-tracking tools
