Role Overview

The Senior Vice President of Applications sets the vision for Ellit Groups’ Applications service line and leads the strategy for how we design, implement, optimize, and support enterprise applications across the healthcare organizations we serve. This role holds oversight across the full applications portfolio, including Electronic Health Record platforms (Epic, Oracle Health, Meditech, and others), Enterprise Resource Planning systems (Oracle, Infor, and others), and the broader set of administrative and operational applications (PACS, Time & Attendance, and others) that support a health system’s day-to-day business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute aggressively to company Business Development goals by growing new and existing customer accounts across the Applications Service Line and all other Service Lines, without ever sacrificing delivery quality for growth.
  • Lead new business pursuits and represent Ellit Groups in client presentations, positioning the firm’s applications expertise and quality track record as the differentiator that wins and retains business.

  • Serve as a key contributor to business development efforts related to Service Desk and across all service lines.
  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing client relationships and partner-enabled offerings, treating account growth and quality of delivered work as inseparable responsibilities of this role.

Business Unit Leadership & Delivery Oversight (25%)
  • Develop and execute the overall strategy for the Applications Service Lines, spanning EHR implementation and optimization, ERP deployment, and administrative/operational application support, with delivery quality aligned to Ellit Groups standards and built into every phase of the roadmap.
  • Lead and inspire a multi-platform team of practice leaders and consultants to hit aggressive revenue and growth targets while holding delivery quality as a non-negotiable standard across every engagement.
  • Oversee the successful delivery and quality of EHR, ERP, and administrative application engagements, ensuring every implementation, optimization, and support engagement meets Ellit Groups’ standards for quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Own the development and optimization of Applications Service Line offerings, and manage the financial performance of the service line, including budget, cost, and revenue.

Client-Facing Consulting (25%)
  • Remain personally engaged in billable consulting, serving as the Applications subject matter expert across implementations, upgrades, and optimizations.
  • Participate in client pitches, proposal reviews, and solution design discussions, ensuring every proposed solution reflects a quality-first delivery approach.
  • Lead customer assessments and consulting engagements, and serve as a senior escalation resource for complex delivery, platform, or client-facing issues.
  • Ensure sales and proposal materials accurately represent Ellit Groups’ capabilities, partner integrations, delivery approach, and quality standards.

Thought Leadership (Ongoing)

  • Drive thought leadership by developing white papers, case studies, and other industry-specific content on EHR, ERP, and healthcare application trends, while engaging in podcasts and speaking engagements to share insights and expertise.
  • Actively represent culture by leading and participating in efforts around continuous learning, personal and professional development, community service, and team building.
  • Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of leading healthcare industry best practices, hot topics, and application trends across EHR, ERP, and administrative systems, and hold the practice to that same standard of expertise.
