Pre-Sales Engineer responsible for understanding client requirements, designing VoIP and dialer solutions, delivering technical demonstrations, preparing proposals and architecture documents, supporting RFPs, POCs, pilots, and onboarding, and troubleshooting call-flow issues. The role requires expertise in SIP, RTP, IAX, VICIdial, Asterisk, IVR, call routing, Linux, Wireshark, CRM integrations, and technical stakeholder communication.

Manage daily accounting entries, financial records, GST and TDS compliance, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audit coordination, financial closing, budgeting support, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, strong accounting knowledge, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and timely completion of statutory and financial tasks.

Develop and maintain enterprise VoIP and telecom applications using FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio, and FusionPBX. Build SIP call routing, IVR, conferencing, recording, and telephony solutions; integrate platforms with CRM systems and APIs; troubleshoot signaling, codec, RTP, and networking issues; and optimize scalability, performance, and availability. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams on testing, code reviews, documentation, and feature delivery.

Generate and qualify B2B IT/SaaS leads through outbound channels, initiate prospect conversations, conduct product demos, prepare proposals, support negotiations, and help achieve sales targets. Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipeline progress, complete follow-ups, collaborate with sales, marketing, and pre-sales teams, and monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback.

Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for telecom and AI communication products. Responsibilities include product positioning, messaging, launches, market and competitor research, marketing collateral, sales enablement, demand generation, customer insight gathering, KPI analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Digital Marketing teams across global markets.

Provide technical support for VoIP, dialer, telecom, network, and server infrastructure. Configure PBX systems, IP phones, and telecom services; troubleshoot SIP, connectivity, firewall, VPN, and dialer issues; manage porting and support tickets; monitor systems, backups, and antivirus; coordinate remote installations; maintain documentation; and escalate unresolved issues while supporting customer satisfaction.
