Pre-Sales Engineer responsible for understanding client requirements, designing VoIP and dialer solutions, delivering technical demonstrations, preparing proposals and architecture documents, supporting RFPs, POCs, pilots, and onboarding, and troubleshooting call-flow issues. The role requires expertise in SIP, RTP, IAX, VICIdial, Asterisk, IVR, call routing, Linux, Wireshark, CRM integrations, and technical stakeholder communication.

Manage daily accounting entries, financial records, GST and TDS compliance, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, audit coordination, financial closing, budgeting support, and reporting. The role requires accuracy, strong accounting knowledge, proficiency with accounting software and Excel, and timely completion of statutory and financial tasks.

Develop and maintain enterprise VoIP and telecom applications using FreeSWITCH, Asterisk, OpenSIPS, Kamailio, and FusionPBX. Build SIP call routing, IVR, conferencing, recording, and telephony solutions; integrate platforms with CRM systems and APIs; troubleshoot signaling, codec, RTP, and networking issues; and optimize scalability, performance, and availability. Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams on testing, code reviews, documentation, and feature delivery.
