Leads Elemica’s global marketing strategy, brand, product marketing, demand generation, communications, customer and partner marketing. Owns pipeline growth, positioning, campaigns, budget, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Service. Builds and develops the global marketing team, strengthens enterprise supply chain technology messaging, improves customer advocacy, and drives measurable revenue growth across international markets.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, SQL Server, and related technologies. Own features from requirements through deployment, develop RESTful and SOAP services, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC and contribute to technical design decisions, Agile practices, and development improvements.

Manage requirements gathering, detailed project planning, testing coordination, risk and scope control, stakeholder communications, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring solutions integrate with clients' SAP environments and logistics processes.

Lead EDI and B2B integration design and delivery: create best practices, translate client blueprints into project tasks, mentor engineers, maintain customer solutions, drive quality, perform impact analysis, implement mappings (ANSI X12/EDIFACT/IDoc) and integrations, and manage testing, validation, and documentation.

Sell Elemica's digital supply chain SaaS to enterprise accounts by expanding existing relationships, building executive-level relationships, qualifying and managing multiple opportunities, coordinating internal resources, maintaining Salesforce updates, and traveling to customer sites to close complex deals.

Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and value realization. Monitor customer health and NPS, execute Value Realization Plans, identify upsell opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, provide executive-level insights, and act as trusted advisor to prevent churn and expand business.
