Leads global revenue operations across Sales and Marketing, overseeing forecasting, pipeline management, sales planning, incentive compensation, marketing operations, reporting, CRM processes, and commercial reviews. The role manages a team, improves forecast and pipeline reliability, supports territory and quota planning, enhances Salesforce workflows, and translates performance data into recommendations for senior leadership. It also coordinates cross-functional processes involving Finance, Client Service, Legal, Sales Enablement, and GTM Technology.

Manages global sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline reporting, CRM data quality, sales planning, quota allocation, incentive compensation, and performance analysis. Partners with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales Enablement, and Client Success to maintain reliable reporting, improve workflows, support Salesforce enhancements, coordinate reviews, and resolve operational issues. The role also facilitates sales processes, tracks action items, supports onboarding, and drives process improvements and automation.

Owns revenue growth across enterprise manufacturing accounts by generating expansion pipelines, penetrating whitespace, developing executive relationships, conducting value-based discovery, negotiating contracts, and managing forecasts in Salesforce. The role collaborates with Client Success and senior Account Executives, uses AI-enabled sales tools for prospecting and account planning, conducts quarterly business reviews, and travels occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Leads Elemica’s global marketing strategy, brand, product marketing, demand generation, communications, customer and partner marketing. Owns pipeline growth, positioning, campaigns, budget, performance measurement, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Client Service. Builds and develops the global marketing team, strengthens enterprise supply chain technology messaging, improves customer advocacy, and drives measurable revenue growth across international markets.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise web applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, AngularJS, SQL Server, and related technologies. Own features from requirements through deployment, develop RESTful and SOAP services, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure code quality through testing and peer reviews. Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC and contribute to technical design decisions, Agile practices, and development improvements.

Provides practical legal guidance across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, employment matters, disputes, and SaaS operations. Drafts and negotiates customer, vendor, licensing, partnership, and service agreements; supports Sales and Customer Success; develops legal processes and playbooks; monitors relevant regulations; and partners with executives and business functions to manage risk and enable growth.

Lead hands-on client onboarding and change-request projects for Elemica's SaaS supply-chain platform using Agile and Waterfall. Manage requirements gathering, detailed project planning, testing coordination, risk and scope control, stakeholder communications, and identify expansion opportunities while ensuring solutions integrate with clients' SAP environments and logistics processes.

Lead EDI and B2B integration design and delivery: create best practices, translate client blueprints into project tasks, mentor engineers, maintain customer solutions, drive quality, perform impact analysis, implement mappings (ANSI X12/EDIFACT/IDoc) and integrations, and manage testing, validation, and documentation.

Manage post-sales relationships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and value realization. Monitor customer health and NPS, execute Value Realization Plans, identify upsell opportunities, lead cross-functional initiatives, provide executive-level insights, and act as trusted advisor to prevent churn and expand business.
