Leads presales activities for enterprise supply chain technology opportunities, primarily in EMEA. The role consults with clients, uncovers supply chain challenges, delivers workshops and solution demonstrations, develops RFP responses and proposals, supports solution configuration, and translates strategies into implementation scopes. The Director partners with sales, services, and internal analysts while advising on procurement, order-to-cash, logistics, ERP, and supply chain platforms.

Owns the accounts receivable portfolio, including collections, dispute resolution, short-pays, unapplied cash, customer account health, reporting, and vendor portals. Uses AI, automation, Excel, and Sage Intacct to improve processes and reduce manual work. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, Billing, and Finance to resolve account issues, reviews billing terms, maintains ERP records, updates SOPs, and supports broader Finance Operations initiatives.

Manage global HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee data changes, transfers, promotions, probation tracking, exits, records, HRMS transactions, reporting, compliance, payroll inputs, and employee queries. Coordinate with employees and cross-functional stakeholders, maintain HR documentation and SOPs, support audits and engagement activities, and improve process accuracy, efficiency, and employee experience.
