Provides practical legal guidance across commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, cybersecurity, employment matters, disputes, and SaaS operations. Drafts and negotiates customer, vendor, licensing, partnership, and service agreements; supports Sales and Customer Success; develops legal processes and playbooks; monitors relevant regulations; and partners with executives and business functions to manage risk and enable growth.

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs and RICEF objects, build/maintain interfaces (RFC/REST/IDoc), support Smart/Adobe Forms and Fiori/UI5/OData work, assist with CDS Views and S/4HANA tasks, perform unit testing, debugging, documentation, code reviews, and follow SAP development best practices.

Lead AI-driven marketing operations to drive demand unit-based strategies, deploy predictive and intent models, integrate MarTech/CRM systems, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline velocity and conversion efficiency. Manage small teams or agencies, set OKRs, and translate analytics into business impact.
