Own the full partnership lifecycle, including sourcing, deal structuring, negotiations, onboarding, program launches, renewals, and revenue expansion. Develop embedded healthcare and wellness offerings, manage executive relationships, coordinate cross-functional execution, monitor performance, and deliver revenue and growth objectives. The role requires substantial affinity partnership experience, commercial expertise, licensing and compliance knowledge, and the ability to build a function.

Own product outcomes end-to-end by identifying root problems, defining and tracking metrics, analyzing data, engaging customers, and developing solutions. The role requires rapid prototyping, experimentation, AI-assisted workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, business, and operations. Success is measured by business and customer outcomes such as revenue, engagement, retention, conversion, automation, and operational efficiency.

Lead ekincare’s Insurtech Partnerships vertical by developing insurer and InsurTech relationships, closing strategic embedded health benefit deals, negotiating commercial models, and managing the full partnership lifecycle. Own revenue targets, forecasting, renewals, upsells, and portfolio growth while building the partnerships team. Partner with Product, Technology, and Operations on integrations and provide expertise on IRDAI regulations, health data, claims analytics, and insurance distribution.

Own and grow enterprise corporate sales across multiple sectors by prospecting, managing pipelines, closing new business, and expanding existing accounts. Build relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, CHRO, and Procurement stakeholders. Lead sales cycles, solution design, ROI discussions, forecasting, competitive analysis, and partner collaboration while meeting individual revenue targets.
