Own customer success metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations to the CBO. Drive strategic projects from scoping through execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage operating reviews and follow-ups, support customer success leadership, prepare leadership materials, and identify process gaps. The role requires strong data analysis, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and hands-on use of AI tools.

Own technical program delivery between Product and Engineering, including scope, milestones, sprint and release planning, dependencies, risks, metrics, and stakeholder communication. Analyze delivery and product data to identify root causes, measure program outcomes, and drive corrective action. Maintain roadmaps, trackers, and dashboards while using AI tools to improve reporting, documentation, and productivity.

Own product features end-to-end, from defining problems and understanding customer needs through shipping, measurement, and iteration. Use data, customer feedback, first-principles thinking, and AI tools to guide decisions and improve business metrics. Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations while developing independent product judgment and ownership.
