Own end-to-end dunning, collections, and recovery of aged receivables. Prioritize and investigate stuck cash, reconcile accounts in NetSuite, run structured outreach (email/phone/portal), resolve disputes with cross-functional partners, report on KPIs (DSO, aging, cash collected), and implement process improvements and automation to scale collections while protecting customer relationships.

Own and prioritize the data platform backlog, lead sprint execution, and align roadmap with product goals. Partner with engineering, data, and cross-functional teams to deliver data ingestion, transformation, APIs, integrations, governance, and enable AI/analytics features. Manage vendor integrations, ensure data quality and scalability, and support go-to-market and internal enablement for data-driven product capabilities.

Lead analytics engineering work to design, build, and maintain dbt-based transformation pipelines, governed metrics/semantic layers, and analytics-ready data marts on Snowflake or Databricks. Ensure data quality with automated tests and observability, support product analytics and ML feature datasets, partner with Product/Engineering, mentor junior team members, and participate in on-call rotations.
