Managing time effectively, prioritizing strategically, and promoting a positive and motivating culture within the team.

The Stay Smart Team Lead (100% remote) will assist the Director of Coaching with training and achieving assigned metrics of performance within their team. Responsibilities include new hire training, ongoing training with current coaches, ensuring platinum filings are not delayed, identifying attendance challenges, and assisting with client engagement challenges.

The Operations Technology Customer Support Associate at Dynatron Software will provide support to automotive dealership Service Managers and other personnel on proprietary reporting software. Responsibilities include account maintenance, customer support, and task completion within specified timelines.

The Executive Education Manager at Dynatron Software will lead the implementation and development of Dynatron’s new Executive Group focus initiative and manage the performance and quality of the Executive Workshop team. Qualified candidates need 5-7 years of Automotive Fixed Operations management experience and 2 years of consulting or educational leadership preferred. Responsibilities include working with Group Level Leaders on performance changes, scheduling workshops and trainings, reviewing data for improvement, and ensuring team goals are met.
