Supports daily finance operations, including contractor administration, timesheet and invoice verification, purchase order monitoring, debtor and creditor records, reconciliations, payment preparation, collections, finance documentation, and month-end, year-end, and audit support. The role requires accurate, organized deadline management and professional communication with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve production applications while building new solutions across TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, and Python. Responsibilities include integrations, database governance, deployments, logging, rollbacks, documentation, code audits, and stakeholder communication. The developer will take ownership of existing codebases, improve reliability and maintainability, and work full-time onsite in Cape Town.

Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, libraries, metadata, provisioning, migrations, and user support. Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements, translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria, facilitate workshops, support Agile ceremonies, coordinate UAT, and ensure SAP Commerce Cloud implementations for B2B/B2C/marketplace/omnichannel meet business objectives.

Manage full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume IT roles: audit job specs, coordinate with sourcing partners, screen and interview candidates, maintain ATS records, onboard candidate documentation, and expand internal talent pools while ensuring clear candidate communication and timely hires.

Lead and execute test strategy, design and maintain scalable Playwright automation frameworks, perform functional/integration/regression and API testing, validate backend data via SQL and CI/CD pipelines, track defects in Jira/Azure DevOps, mentor junior testers, and coordinate testing activities with the software team to ensure high-quality deliveries.

Support development and implementation of data governance and knowledge management strategies. Facilitate stakeholder requirements gathering, review policies, establish governance structures, develop data taxonomies and data dictionaries, design KM maturity roadmap, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
