The SAP Commerce Cloud Business Analyst bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by translating business requirements into scalable SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Collaborate with Developers, Architects, UX Designers, QA, and Product Owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release activities.
- Ensure user stories are ready for development and provide ongoing functional support during sprints.
- Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Identify risks, process improvements, and solution opportunities.
- Manage stakeholder communication and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within Agile eCommerce delivery teams.
- Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations.
- Strong knowledge of B2B, B2C, marketplace, and omnichannel commerce.
- Experience with order management, product catalogues, pricing, promotions, and fulfilment.
- Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred Experience
- Retail, distribution, or enterprise eCommerce environments.
- Product Ownership, Business Architecture, or Solution Design experience.
- Knowledge of UX principles, microservices, and process optimisation.
Skills Required
