Lead and enhance Dexcom's EMEA corporate compliance program: manage regional team, advise business leaders on healthcare compliance, oversee transparency reporting, run risk assessments, manage third-party compliance, deliver training, and conduct internal investigations to ensure adherence to local and MedTech Europe rules.

Manage New Zealand's Finance responsibilities, ensure compliance with US GAAP, oversee audits, and improve financial processes. Lead a finance team and collaborate on cross-functional projects.

Lead channel strategy and execution across retail pharmacy, OTC, wholesale and digital channels in Australia and New Zealand. Analyze channel performance, develop commercial opportunities with distributors and retail partners, enable partners through training, and drive cross-functional initiatives to increase access, conversion, retention and utilization of Dexcom products.

The Key Account Executive will engage C-suite executives to introduce Dexcom CGM technology as a strategic solution for enhancing productivity and workforce wellbeing. Responsibilities include building relationships, translating technology into business outcomes, and developing market strategies.
