Where you come in:

  • You provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Clinical Education, and Sales Training leadership team.
  • You prepare slide decks, organize resources, and coordinate events.
  • You research, compile, and proof word processing assignments.
  • You perform various administrative support tasks, including support for function managers.
  • You support sales, clinical education, and sales training functions as required on projects or tasks.
  • You conduct data analytics.
  • You create email communications primarily for internal stakeholders.
  • You prepare or arrange the preparation of PowerPoint slide decks.
  • You work with our partner travel agent to coordinate travel bookings for new hires and venues for training or field events.
  • You organize resources.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent
