We are dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations through innovative solutions and collaborative efforts. Our team thrives on creativity, resourcefulness, and a passion for excellence. Where you come in:
- You provide administrative support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Sales, Clinical Education, and Sales Training leadership team.
- You prepare slide decks, organize resources, and coordinate events.
- You research, compile, and proof word processing assignments.
- You perform various administrative support tasks, including support for function managers.
- You support sales, clinical education, and sales training functions as required on projects or tasks.
- You conduct data analytics.
- You create email communications primarily for internal stakeholders.
- You prepare or arrange the preparation of PowerPoint slide decks.
- You work with our partner travel agent to coordinate travel bookings for new hires and venues for training or field events.
- You organize resources.

- Your proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- You can design and create graphs, workflows, charts, etc. (desired but not essential).
