Where you come in:
- Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organisational goals.
- Lead employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Craft and implement HR policies and procedures that support the company's objectives.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to oversee the recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding, ensuring the best fit for the team.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development.
- Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.
- Lead and participate in HR projects that drive organisational change and improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local labour laws and regulations across the UK and other supported areas.
- Support a culture of diversity and inclusivity, promoting a connected and encouraging workplace.
- Mentor a dedicated HR adviser, fostering their growth and ensuring effective team collaboration.

- Understand market dynamics to make informed decisions that support organisational goals.
- Develop solid relationships with business leaders, employees, and collaborators to encourage collaboration and achieve success.

- Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee agreement.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation, ensuring clarity and alignment on HR policies and initiatives.
- Address complex HR issues in a fast-growing environment with innovative solutions.
- Have extensive experience in various HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy development.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or CIPD are strongly desirable.
- Involve in ongoing professional development, staying current with HR best practices and emerging trends.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
