Where you come in:

•   You will provide day-to-day technical support for manufacturing shop floor applications.

•     You will design and implement data models and databases to support business needs but also drive the business forward with innovative ideas and solutions to data problems.

•   You will be troubleshooting reported issues and provide feedback to development team to obtain robust solution.

•    You will be part of software development life cycle on software projects to contribute idea with zero defect mindset.

•    You will develop test data using mathematical methods for manufacturing production process needs.

•    You will document and troubleshoot database performance or availability issues, data quality issues in an FDA-compliant manner and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

•   You will work with cross-functional departments to define requirements, compliance documentation, test plans, test records and release implementation.

•    You will provide status updates to relevant stakeholder base on business priorities.

What makes you successful:

•  You are proficient with relational databases (SQL Server & Oracle) and fluent with developing/modifying procedures, packages, and functions in the database environments.

•   You are able to resolve complex data collection and data integration issues ( i.e. ETL - Extract, Transform and Load design and development ).

•  You have experience with technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services, Microsoft .NET Programming, Automation Direct Ignition SCADA, Tableau and Siemens CAMSTAR MES.

•   You have expert experience creating and/or reviewing design specifications, drawings, and other project documents such as URS, FRS, SDS, etc.

•    You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Operations, Quality Assurance, Contract Manufacturers, and other stakeholders to facilitate data access in terms of reporting, analysis systems, and data integration.

•  You are familiar with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

•   You have working knowledge of SDLC in a 21 CFR part 11 regulated environment.

•    Use of analytical tools and procedures used in Lean Six Sigma such as utilizing the DMAIC methodology for continuous improvement.

Experience and Education Requirements:

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience.
