Provide virtual individual and group psychotherapy to TRICARE/DoD beneficiaries, develop and document treatment plans, assess hospitalization and fitness for duty, maintain medical records, collaborate with clinical teams, attend meetings, and complete credentialing and training requirements.

Serve as backup to GL Manager, work with multiple operating companies and joint ventures, supervise staff, ensure GAAP compliance, research discrepancies, and support audit and reporting deadlines.

Support DIA Directorate of Operations by producing and briefing CI performance reports, compiling operational data, maintaining CI operations systems and databases (SAP), coordinating across DoD CI organizations, and preparing briefings and congressional reporting. Requires handling sensitive CI investigations, quality control, and ad-hoc analytic products while liaising with government and non-government partners.

Support site safety by performing daily jobsite inspections, reporting audits, assisting incident investigations, sampling hazardous materials, helping develop and deliver safety training, ensuring OSHA and EM 385-1-1 compliance, participating in inspections and emergency drills, and maintaining safety records.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, and stakeholder communications. Mentor project teams, enforce compliance, and drive process improvements; senior roles handle high-risk, high-profile projects and project governance.

Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up via telehealth for low-to-moderate acuity military beneficiaries. Collaborate with medical teams, recommend treatment plans, perform fitness-for-duty and administrative evaluations, maintain documentation, and follow DHA/TRICARE protocols.

Lead campus-wide custodial operations for FLETC Charleston and Naval Weapons Station. Supervise multi-shift janitorial staff, schedule routine and deep cleaning, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, conduct inspections, manage supplies and timekeeping (timecard/Costpoint), train staff on safety and infection control, handle service requests and emergency clean-ups, and provide reporting for government deliverables and invoicing.

Manage DOD fuels construction projects from planning through closeout: lead project teams and subcontractors, control schedule/budget/financials, enforce safety and quality, review invoices, prepare proposals, and identify value-creation opportunities.

Edit, proofread, and prepare ANG executive correspondence and staff action products for clarity, format, and accuracy. Conduct research, fact-checking, and document preparation; coordinate edits with action officers and government leads; maintain repositories, archives, templates, and training materials; support workflow meetings and protect sensitive/classified information.

Prepare and process full‑cycle multi‑state payrolls (weekly, biweekly, special), monitor timekeeping, validate employee changes, handle deductions and reporting, support audits, partner with HR on compensation/benefits, research payroll inquiries, and ensure compliance with multi‑state tax and labor regulations.

Provide life-cycle logistics support for JPM CBRN sensors: analyze IPS, develop sustainment and fielding plans, manage documentation (JACKS, DPAS, GCSS-A, LMP), coordinate stakeholders, review contractor logistics deliverables, perform cataloging and property accountability, and support training and technical manual development.

Provide senior-level oversight of ANG staff action workflows: triage and route taskers, track suspenses, escalate issues, ensure quality and coordination, mentor analysts, update SOPs, and interface with senior military and civilian leaders on sensitive, high-visibility actions.

Provide on-site visitor services at The FBI Experience: greet and educate visitors, interpret exhibits, escort groups, operate related IT and CRM systems, and maintain a professional, approachable presence while standing and walking for extended periods. Must answer questions, coordinate tours, assist special-needs visitors, and report incidents.

Provide part-time medical readiness assessments for Florida Army National Guard members: review health records, interview service members, identify and document medical/behavioral concerns, complete military forms, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Manage QA/QC for facilities support services at federal sites, develop and implement the Quality Control Plan, conduct inspections and audits, document deficiencies and corrective actions, track performance reporting, ensure compliance with PWS/FAR/OSHA/EPA, lead root cause analysis, and coordinate with project leads and COR to drive continuous improvement.

Lead DPAS implementation and conversion efforts for USSOCOM: plan, validate, reconcile data, provide logistics/IT subject-matter expertise, support change requests and testing, train users, manage access, and ensure property accountability and compliance.
