Supervise multi-shift janitorial staff, schedule routine and deep cleaning, ensure OSHA/EPA compliance, conduct inspections, manage supplies and timekeeping (timecard/Costpoint), train staff on safety and infection control, handle service requests and emergency clean-ups, and provide reporting for government deliverables and invoicing.

Perform daily field environmental monitoring and documentation on a large government construction project. Conduct pre-construction surveys for listed plants, nesting birds, and wildlife; record data and photographs; report BMP non-compliance; communicate with construction crews, government contacts, and stakeholders. Work full-time in variable field conditions along the U.S./Mexico border.

Manage DOD fuels construction projects from planning through closeout: lead project teams and subcontractors, control schedule/budget/financials, enforce safety and quality, review invoices, prepare proposals, and identify value-creation opportunities.

Edit, proofread, and prepare ANG executive correspondence and staff action products for clarity, format, and accuracy. Develop, analyze, and coordinate strategic-operational plans and theater engagement strategies for NGB J5-J. Liaise with interagency partners, support working groups, draft agendas/read-aheads, produce executive summaries and two-page analysis reports, track comments in a CRM, execute ETMS2 tasks, support ~90 events annually, and provide travel/status reports and policy impact analysis.

Provide senior-level oversight of ANG staff action workflows: triage and route taskers, track suspenses, escalate issues, ensure quality and coordination, mentor analysts, update SOPs, and interface with senior military and civilian leaders on sensitive, high-visibility actions.

Serve as a senior strategic analyst supporting NGB J5-J. Conduct strategic research, comparative analysis, and prepare briefings, executive summaries, and information papers. Coordinate and facilitate interagency working groups, track actions/RFIs, and provide recommendations to inform National Guard planning and contingency response. Support meeting preparation, reviews, and plan development for senior leader participation.

Provide on-site visitor services at The FBI Experience: greet and educate visitors, interpret exhibits, escort groups, operate related IT and CRM systems, and maintain a professional, approachable presence while standing and walking for extended periods. Must answer questions, coordinate tours, assist special-needs visitors, and report incidents.

Provide part-time medical readiness assessments for Florida Army National Guard members: review health records, interview service members, identify and document medical/behavioral concerns, complete military forms, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Senior analyst performing strategic planning and analysis for the NGB J5-J: collect and assess state ISPs, support wargaming and workshops, conduct research and comparative analyses, coordinate working groups, support ETMS2 tasks, prepare briefings and trip reports, and provide recommendations for National Guard equities in CCMD campaign and contingency plans.

Manage ERP cost accounting data and job costing; prepare job setup and customer invoices; support payroll via Costpoint; assign job codes and close jobs ensuring contract compliance and accurate cost coding. In-office 60–100% expected.

Provide joint planning support for NGB J5-J (J55) including plan integration, meeting coordination, strategic research and analysis, document and campaign plan review, stakeholder liaison, comment resolution, and support to strategic communications and congressional reporting. Attend and document working groups, track tasks in ETMS2, and recommend National Guard equities and talking points for senior leaders.
