Administer and proctor Army personnel and DFLP tests, maintain testing environment and records, use ACES/CAT systems to capture workload, follow ARIMS and local SOPs for document storage/destruction, meet deadlines, support events, and maintain required credentials and training.

Provide optometric care to Florida Army National Guard soldiers and families on a part-time, as-needed basis (primarily weekends). Perform eye exams, complete eyewear prescriptions, document findings on military forms, safeguard patient information, and ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.

Maintain accurate general ledger records across multiple entities and joint ventures: prepare complex account and subledger reconciliations, post intercompany and month/year-end journal entries, support audits, research and resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
