Lead on-site technical operations and oversight of the central utility plant, coordinating maintenance, QA, troubleshooting, outage support, and documentation for boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment, and related systems while supervising staff and liaising with project management and government representatives.

Perform inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration, diagnosis, repair, software updates, inventory support, and documentation for patient-movement medical and support equipment. Maintain ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, defibrillators, generators, environmental control units, and other PMI assets; prepare, decontaminate, pack/unpack, stage, and support worldwide shipment and return-to-service operations.

Serve as an ISSO supporting DoD RMF processes to obtain and maintain ATO/ATC for MTF infrastructure and IT shared services. Perform vulnerability monitoring and scanning, maintain inventories, initiate POAMs, develop LAN/WAN/server security policies, report to DHA leadership, ensure compliance with data security and incident management requirements, and provide supervisory support as assigned.
