Provides periodic health and mental health assessments for New York Army National Guard personnel. Reviews medical records and readiness documentation, interviews service members, identifies issues requiring referral, and records findings in MEDPROS and approved military forms. Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance while working part-time at military installations and other locations throughout New York State.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to executive leadership within a government contracting portfolio company. Responsibilities include workforce planning, organizational design, leadership coaching, employee relations investigations, talent management, compensation guidance, and change management. Ensures compliance with Service Contract Act, Davis-Bacon Act, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and federal contractor requirements. Partners with Legal, Finance, Contracts, Operations, Recruiting, and HR centers of excellence while analyzing HR metrics and supporting audits and organizational initiatives.

Supports the Project Manager in managing onsite operations and maintenance projects. Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance activities, personnel, subcontractors, client communications, contract compliance, deliverables, scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking, documentation, and project performance. The role involves facility walkthroughs and learning HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building systems, with opportunities to assume greater project management responsibility.
