Support site safety by performing daily jobsite inspections, reporting audits, assisting incident investigations, sampling hazardous materials, helping develop and deliver safety training, ensuring OSHA and EM 385-1-1 compliance, participating in inspections and emergency drills, and maintaining safety records.

Lead development of long-term strategies, campaign plans, and policy recommendations for NGB-J5-J. Conduct strategic research, analysis, and assessments; prepare briefs and reports; coordinate and facilitate working groups and meetings; review plans and provide National Guard equities recommendations; support strategic communications, congressional reporting, and ETMS2 tasks; produce status and trip reports.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. Manage scope, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, safety, and stakeholder communications. Mentor project teams, enforce compliance, and drive process improvements; senior roles handle high-risk, high-profile projects and project governance.
