Processes daily ACH origination and receipt files, incoming and outgoing wire transfers, CDARS and ICS activity, and bill pay transactions. Verifies transactions, reconciles wire activity to general ledger accounts, resolves ACH disputes and errors, processes returns and stop payments, and supports branch and customer inquiries. Monitors ACH and wire activity for fraud and suspicious activity while maintaining compliance with NACHA rules and federal regulations.

It requires strong knowledge of treasury services, business banking, and payment products, along with excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing requirements, analyzing and optimizing processes, configuring Salesforce, designing automation and security, creating reports and dashboards, managing integrations, coordinating releases and UAT, supporting users, maintaining documentation, and advancing data governance. The role partners with business units, IT, vendors, and support teams while providing Salesforce expertise, resolving complex issues, and aligning platform capabilities with organizational goals.

The Associate Insurance Producer will develop a client base by providing customer service, conducting sales, and educating clients on insurance products, while maintaining professional conduct and communication.

Prepare, review, and image commercial loan documents; onboard and service commercial loans in the bank's core system; manage collateral perfection, filings, and insurance/tax tracking; perform reporting, administrative tasks, and maintain procedural documentation to support Credit Operations.
