Accountabilities
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Internal/External Sales – Personal lines, small commercial/farm lines
- Develop a prospect client base and market insurance products through referrals, cold calling, networking, and other marketing strategies to secure new business
- Educate customers utilizing a customer focus needs-based process
- Review existing customer accounts
- Maintain a strong and positive work ethic and total commitment to success daily
- Participate in educational opportunities to stay informed of industry developments

Experience
- 0-2 years: Insurance Experience
License & Certifications
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within 6 months
