Dacotah Bank is seeking a Salesforce professional to serve as the strategic business and platform lead for our Salesforce environment. Salesforce is a growing and evolving platform within the bank, creating a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building solutions, improving business processes, and helping shape the future direction of a critical technology platform.
This is more than a traditional Salesforce Administrator role. We are looking for someone who can partner with business leaders, challenge assumptions, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend practical solutions that create measurable value. The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with business analysis skills and a genuine curiosity to learn how the organization operates.
In this role, you will work across multiple business units to improve processes related to customer relationships, referrals, service, onboarding, sales activity, and operational visibility. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, building reports and dashboards, supporting users, improving data quality, coordinating enhancements, and helping shape the long-term strategy and vision for the platform.
Banking experience is helpful, but just as important is the ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and recommend solutions that balance business needs with platform best practices. If you enjoy solving problems, building relationships, and helping an organization get the most from Salesforce, we'd love to talk with you.
