Provide escalated technical support, perform patching and upgrades, monitor system reliability, support security improvements, participate in IT projects, resolve root causes, and maintain technical documentation. Selects equipment, defines practical system architectures, reviews requirements, and coordinates with sales, project management, architects, IT, electrical stakeholders, BIM/CAD teams, and field personnel. Provides drawing quality assurance and supports execution through technical clarifications, substitutions, field adjustments, and design updates.

Process accounts payable transactions, including matching purchase orders to invoices, coding expenses, scheduling vendor payments, resolving discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining vendor records, and managing AP documentation. The role requires approximately two years of invoicing or related accounting experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with business software, including Excel and Dynamics 365. Training is provided for Microsoft Business Central.

Design AV signal flows and diagrams, develop Q-SYS design files (Level 2, some LUA), troubleshoot and commission AV systems, perform preventive maintenance and daily health checks, collaborate with clients and teams, and ensure compliance with Enterprise AV standards. Requires 3+ years AV engineering experience and strong AV networking knowledge.

Perform invoicing (progressive, deposits, product), enter and maintain job costs and change orders, record revenue using percentage-of-completion, complete month-end reconciliations and closing journal entries, attend production meetings, communicate with internal/external customers, and support operations as needed.

Provide friendly inbound phone and video support, capture customer AV needs and enter lead data, assist Customer Care and internal teams, handle high-level client requests, perform general administrative duties, and make occasional outbound follow-ups.
