Manage media/AV integration projects from handoff to closeout: own scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation, team coordination, commissioning, client communication, and project closeout to ensure quality delivery.

Perform invoicing (progressive, deposits, product), enter and maintain job costs and change orders, record revenue using percentage-of-completion, complete month-end reconciliations and closing journal entries, attend production meetings, communicate with internal/external customers, and support operations as needed.

Provide sales support to Design Consultants by creating and tracking opportunities, producing accurate quotes and proposals, performing take-offs from drawings, liaising with vendors, maintaining CRM (D365) data, verifying addresses and delivery requirements, tracking lead times, and booking jobs into the business process (YODA). Keep clients informed and ensure proposal/specification accuracy to move opportunities to closure.

Lead on-site AV engineer responsible for installing, wiring, commissioning, tuning DSPs, calibrating video, configuring networks (VLAN/Dante/AES67/NDI), directing technicians, troubleshooting hardware/software, producing documentation, training clients, and ensuring ISO 9001 quality and on-site safety.

Provide inside sales and administrative support: interact daily with clients and executives, create quotes, manage vendor relations and special pricing, enter and track orders, answer customer calls, and assist sales, technical, and accounting staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Lead development and implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central/MS NAV solutions. Design and build custom AL extensions, integrations (APIs, REST, OData, JSON, XML), configure BC for finance requirements, leverage AI for finance automation and forecasting, maintain cloud deployments (Azure/AWS), troubleshoot and optimize systems, and mentor team members.

Provide Tier 3 on-site AV system engineering and platform-level troubleshooting, perform advanced diagnostics and hardware repair/replacement, coordinate firmware updates and system optimization, collaborate with manufacturers and Tier 4 support, and support AV system design and client standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Provide friendly inbound phone and video support, capture customer AV needs and enter lead data, assist Customer Care and internal teams, handle high-level client requests, perform general administrative duties, and make occasional outbound follow-ups.

Design and document build-ready media and production systems, translate client workflows into technical requirements, produce drawings and equipment lists, define control/networking/testing plans, support integration/commissioning, and validate installed systems with field teams.

Build and commission AV integration racks to company standards: rack assembly, wiring, terminating, firmware and control code loading, basic network configuration, schematic reading, documentation, and fabrication area upkeep while delivering customer-focused service.

Provide full-time, on-site AV support for conference rooms and collaboration spaces in Manhattan. Troubleshoot Cisco conferencing systems, Crestron controls, Biamp DSPs, audio/video/connectivity and sound masking. Perform room checks, preventative maintenance, firmware coordination, user training, documentation, and coordinate escalations with CTI engineering and client IT teams to ensure reliable meeting-room experiences.

Design complete commercial AV systems from concept to execution: create signal flow diagrams and system drawings (Visio/CAD/BIM), select equipment, coordinate with sales, PMs, BIM/CAD, IT, and field teams, and support installation with QA and field troubleshooting.
