Generates and closes audiovisual event sales by sourcing leads, networking, consulting with customers, preparing quotes and labor estimates, developing AV solutions, managing CRM data, responding to RFPs, and coordinating with operations to deliver successful events. Builds relationships with new and existing customers, attends industry events, and serves as a customer-facing representative for CTI.

Qualify inbound leads from campaigns, website inquiries, events, referrals, and partner programs. Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and digital channels; manage lead flow in Microsoft Dynamics CRM; accurately track interactions and qualification status; and coordinate timely handoffs to sales teams. The role requires strong communication, organization, independence, customer focus, and collaboration across sales, technical, and operations teams.

Coordinates CTI’s NASA SEWP VI contract by supporting federal sales, quotations, order processing, contract compliance, documentation, reporting, catalog updates, and vendor coordination. Maintains contract information, monitors deadlines, assists with technology refreshes and process improvements, supports onboarding, and communicates with customers, manufacturers, distributors, government partners, and internal stakeholders.

Provides dedicated on-site technical support for AV, unified communications, conferencing, IPTV, video wall, and control room systems. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, meeting support, preventative maintenance, system monitoring, documentation, upgrades, event setup, and coordination with help desk, managed services, and client stakeholders. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with occasional after-hours support.

Designs, deploys, integrates, commissions, tests, and hands over broadcast and media production systems. The role includes customer consultancy, technical solution design, engineering documentation, system configuration, troubleshooting, technical leadership during installations, training, and operational handover. Projects involve broadcast video, audio, routing, switching, networking, control, storage, and production platforms across the UK and Europe.

Process accounts payable transactions, including matching purchase orders to invoices, coding expenses, scheduling vendor payments, resolving discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, maintaining vendor records, and managing AP documentation. The role requires approximately two years of invoicing or related accounting experience, strong organization and communication skills, and proficiency with business software, including Excel and Dynamics 365. Training is provided for Microsoft Business Central.

Manage media/AV integration projects from handoff to closeout: own scope, schedule, budget, risk, documentation, team coordination, commissioning, client communication, and project closeout to ensure quality delivery.

Design and document build-ready media and production systems, translate client workflows into technical requirements, produce drawings and equipment lists, define control/networking/testing plans, support integration/commissioning, and validate installed systems with field teams.

Sell AV live-event solutions by generating leads, negotiating and closing business, preparing quotes and labor estimates, using event software and Dynamics 365 CRM, coordinating with operations, attending local events, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Sell AV and conference solutions by building client relationships, creating proposals and quotations, communicating solution scopes, coordinating with internal teams, entering orders into CRM, and supporting branch sales strategy to grow business.

Design AV signal flows and diagrams, develop Q-SYS design files (Level 2, some LUA), troubleshoot and commission AV systems, perform preventive maintenance and daily health checks, collaborate with clients and teams, and ensure compliance with Enterprise AV standards. Requires 3+ years AV engineering experience and strong AV networking knowledge.
