Provide sales support to Design Consultants by creating and tracking opportunities, producing accurate quotes and proposals, performing take-offs from drawings, liaising with vendors, maintaining CRM (D365) data, verifying addresses and delivery requirements, tracking lead times, and booking jobs into the business process (YODA). Keep clients informed and ensure proposal/specification accuracy to move opportunities to closure.

Lead on-site audiovisual engineer responsible for directing installation teams, integrating and commissioning AV, unified communications, and broadcast systems, tuning DSP and audio, calibrating video, deploying control code, configuring networks, troubleshooting issues, verifying system performance, and completing documentation. Acts as the technical client contact during handover, provides training, enforces quality and safety standards, and ensures projects are fully completed and transferred to service.

Lead commercial AV integration projects from contract award through handover. Responsibilities include developing execution plans and schedules, coordinating design, procurement, installation, commissioning, and service teams, managing budgets and risks, reviewing technical documentation, overseeing subcontractors, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. The role requires a strong technical AV background, commercial awareness, and willingness to travel to client sites across London and the UK.
