Design, develop, test, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise software solutions, with a primary focus on OpenText Exstream and backend development. Senior operations engineer responsible for managing mainframe batch operations, troubleshooting abends, operating scheduling tools (CA-7, TWS/OPC/IZWS), driving reliability improvements, incident management and post-incident analysis, collaborating with development teams, leading operational strategy/design, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires weekend/after-hours support as needed.

Operate and support production and non-production cloud SaaS environments, troubleshoot incidents, automate tasks with Bash/Python, maintain Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, operate containers/Kubernetes, tune observability (Prometheus/Grafana/CloudWatch), document runbooks, and coordinate cross-team releases and improvements.

Design, implement, test, and deploy Java-based product applications. Collaborate with business analysts and customers to clarify requirements, write unit tests and deployment scripts, perform release testing, document solutions, assist with client issues, and mentor teammates while using modern containerized development toolchains.

Design, develop, test, and maintain backend and frontend software components. Collaborate in Agile teams to build services and APIs, perform debugging and root-cause analysis, support deployments and operational incidents, and adopt modern engineering and testing practices.
