The Role

We are looking for a Product Owner who will:

  • The ideal candidate should have management experience, though they don't necessarily need to have held a specific management role. The key is that their career should reflect leadership experience. They should have demonstrated: Leading people, Leading projects and Leading the delivery of work

  • The candidate should be able to think in terms of deliverables and break down tasks into manageable steps and achievable outcomes. They should understand how to Translate work into deliverable assets and Size up features and use cases, recognizing that larger use cases may require splitting into smaller tasks to plan and allocate work effectively for teams.

  • Receives the requirements from the Feature Solution Document (FSD) from Product Management or Senior Product Owner.

  • With the support of the Senior Product Owner or Value Stream Architect, identifies the work needed to enable the feature and communicates it to the teamMeets with the team to expand the FSD with team details, stories, and dependencies, and provides necessary clarifications to assist with story estimations.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner managing development teams in any of the following technologies: C#, Java, JavaScript, AWS, SQL, JSON.

  • Experience with leadership by leading people, projects, and work delivery, even if not in a formal leadership role.
