Contribute to product strategy and mentor team members, fostering talent development and teamwork.

Set schedules, manage resources, and track performance to meet project goals.

Conduct Scrum ceremonies and develop all solution layers (data, services, and user interfaces).

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and testers to deliver enhancements iteratively.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience

Proficiency in English in a business environment

5+ years of technical leadership experience and managing individuals in software development with coding experience in Python, Angular, Java, JavaScript or other related languages

Experience designing or assisting the team architecting large-scale systems design
-
Knowledge in service based architecture, RESTful services and building scalable micro-services
