As a pharmacist at Crossroads Treatment Centers, you will provide medication-assisted treatment for patients with opioid use disorder, ensuring high-quality care and support for recovery.

The Pharmacist will provide medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder, ensuring quality care and supporting patient recovery in outpatient clinics.

The Program Supervisor oversees daily operations, manages staff, ensures regulatory compliance, conducts employee reviews, and collaborates with various teams within the organization to deliver effective treatment services.

Oversee daily operations of an Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) program, ensure regulatory and DEA-compliant documentation, onboard and supervise staff, conduct performance reviews and internal audits, coordinate with internal/external partners, and implement program policies and procedures.

Provide front-desk customer service: check in patients, receive payments, guide new patient intake, collect urine/saliva drug screens, maintain financial records, coordinate with clinical staff, and perform clerical/logistical support.

Coordinates people operations activities, including HR reporting, presentations, meeting and interview scheduling, HR events, compliance support, onboarding, and termination processing. Manages the Relias Learning Management System and communicates across departments. Requires strong organization, communication, prioritization, Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency, and familiarity with HRIS systems.

Support the Program Supervisor in clinic operations, staff onboarding, scheduling, timecard approval, performance monitoring, and patient-facing front office tasks (check-in/out, vitals, urine toxicology). Handle patient concerns, maintain insurance and supplies, reconcile payments, and assist with hiring, training, and compliance at assigned outpatient opioid treatment centers.

Provide remote clinical supervision and counseling for patients in office-based opioid treatment (OBOT). Manage a caseload, ensure compliance with treatment program rules, and support evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Must hold NJ LPC licensure and meet program eligibility requirements.

Lead patient acquisition and census growth via paid media, SEO, brand strategy, and performance marketing. Own media spend, creative, attribution, analytics, and agency/vendor management while aligning marketing with Patient Access, Business Development, and Legal to optimize lead generation, conversion, and patient acquisition across multiple markets.

Support the Program Supervisor in clinic operations and staff management across assigned outpatient opioid treatment centers. Duties include onboarding, scheduling, approving timecards, front-desk tasks (check-in/out, vitals, urine toxicology), patient communication and escalation, insurance and payment reconciliation, ordering supplies, assisting with hiring and performance evaluations, and ensuring compliance with policies and KPIs.

Lead clinical operations of an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP), oversee MAT delivery and quality of care, supervise staff, manage administrative responsibilities, ensure licensure compliance and clinical supervision standards.

Provide front-desk patient service and clerical support for an outpatient addiction treatment clinic: check in patients, collect payments and drug-screen samples, manage patient accounts and intake coordination, maintain daily financial records, and support clinical staff and daily operations.

Manage day-to-day Buy & Bill operations across clinics, train staff on workflows and EMR processes, ensure REMS and compliance, run regional meetings, track incidents and data quality, support procurement and onboarding of new clinics, and travel onsite as needed.

Support the Program Supervisor in clinic operations for outpatient opioid treatment: staff onboarding, scheduling, training, compliance, front-desk duties (check-in/out, vitals, urine toxicology), patient issue escalation, insurance maintenance, supply management, cash reconciliation, and occasional outreach and interclinic travel.

Oversee daily operations of outpatient Office Based Opioid Treatment (OBOT) centers, ensure compliance with OBOT and DEA regulations, supervise and orient staff, manage hiring and performance reviews, maintain program and patient documentation, conduct internal audits, coordinate with internal/external partners, and travel between Danville, Lynchburg, and Martinsville clinic locations.

Oversee daily operations of outpatient opioid treatment centers, ensure compliance with OBOT and DEA regulations, supervise and orient staff, conduct performance reviews and internal audits, coordinate with operations and external agencies, manage program documentation, and travel between Harriman, Jacksboro, and Oak Ridge centers as needed.

Lead and oversee outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services for opioid use disorder. Provide clinical supervision, manage staff and caseloads, ensure evidence-based care and regulatory compliance, support training and professional development, and contribute to program quality and outcomes.

Manage daily outpatient MAT program operations, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, hire and orient staff, conduct performance reviews, coordinate training and quality improvement, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to improve service delivery.

Provide front-desk patient services including check-in, payments, intake guidance, specimen collection for drug screens, financial recordkeeping, clerical support, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Lead and oversee revenue cycle teams (eligibility, prior auth, billing, AR) to meet productivity and revenue goals. Manage reporting, payer denial analysis, workflows, training, staffing, and cross-functional issue resolution while ensuring compliance with payer and CMS rules and driving process improvements.
