Manage and grow mid-market client relationships for trade credit insurance. Drive retention, revenue, and profitability through renewals, cross-selling, underwriting coordination, market intelligence, and high-quality client service. Act as primary contact for clients and intermediaries, prepare proposals, support marketing initiatives, and represent the company externally.

Drive development and growth of Coface Global Solutions (CGS) across the GCC by identifying and closing new business, managing broker and partner relationships, developing market intelligence, coordinating internal teams to structure solutions, leading negotiations, and ensuring profitable, compliant growth to meet regional sales targets.

Manage end-to-end claims for trade credit insurance: analyze documentation, determine coverage, negotiate settlements, prepare indemnities, maintain reserves, coordinate with debt collection, ensure compliance, improve processes, and support customer communications to maximize recoveries and timely payments.

Sell Coface Business Information solutions to large enterprise clients: generate pipeline, build senior relationships, design tailored BI solutions and HLDs, manage contracts and CRM, cross-sell with credit insurance, and collaborate with marketing, product and delivery teams to secure long-term profitable accounts.

The Finance Manager will oversee all accounting and reporting, focusing on IFRS and J-GAAP compliance, manage finance functions for two entities, and lead internal control reviews.

Lead outbound B2B telemarketing to generate interest and qualified meetings for the sales team. Make calls to CFOs and finance leaders, communicate value propositions, identify needs, handle objections, and ensure smooth lead handover to sales. Focus on hitting targets and growing high-value business opportunities.
