Job Description
Early 2024, Coface launched Power the Core, its 2024-2027 strategic plan with a view to develop a global ecosystem of reference for credit risk management. Power the Core will build upon the successes of the previous strategic plans. Coface has laid strong foundations which will support its development.
In this context, Coface is looking for his Group Head of Pricing reporting to Group Marketing Director
Missions:
- Accountable for pricing consistency cross TCI solutions and geography
- Propose prices for new TCI products and services
- Identify and develop ideal pricing structures
- Monitor and analyze pricing Kpis
- Develop internal tools to monitor pricing strategy
- Is responsible for the monitoring of the pricing model parameters and potential changes required
- Review and optimize discount processes
- Design and implement methodologies and tools as required to maintain accurate pricing, margin predictability
- Be the contact point for key stakeholders for pricing related topics
- Lead Coface Group Pricing Governance to validate the changes made on the pricing structure
- Lead current projects related to the pricing domain
- Lead a Pricing Manager
Profile :
- You have more than 10 years professional experience
- You have a BAC+5 business school/engineering degree or university equivalent
- You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel/GSheets)
- You have a structured working approach
- You have proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- You are able to make the link between the data and the big picture (strategy, impact of the changes, impact on the PnL,…)
- You are comfortable interacting with top management, CXOs
- You are autonomous and can prioritize your workload
- You like to communicate and create a climate of trust with other stakeholders
- You are a team player, willing to share your knowledge and support your colleagues
- Fluent English is required, Fluent French is a clear plus
- Previous experiences in pricing are appreciated but not mandatory
- Previous experiences in consulting firm are appreciated but not mandatory
