The Senior Manager of Growth Marketing & Outreach will lead digital outreach and campaign operations to enhance enrollment through effective engagement with various stakeholders.

Expect regular travel to events and campus meetings.

Embed with teams to audit workflows, build and productionize LLM/agent automations (using Claude and integrations), create reusable assets and guardrails, coach teams to self-sufficiency, and measure outcomes to prioritize future engagements.

Teach in-person Applied AI course using CodePath curriculum for ~25-75 students. Prepare and deliver engaging lessons on generative models and LLMs, coordinate with program manager, co-instructors, and TAs, implement curriculum improvements based on feedback, and hold weekly TA meetings during the Fall term (Aug–Dec).

Teach in-person full-stack Web Development courses at Howard University (Aug–Dec 2026). Lead lectures, prepare engaging lessons from CodePath curriculum, manage TAs, coordinate with program staff and faculty, track KPIs, and iterate on course content based on student feedback. Must attend pre-course training and weekly syncs.

Teach in-person Applied AI course (LLMs and multimodal systems) for undergraduate students, deliver engaging lessons from provided curriculum, mentor and manage TAs, track and improve KPIs through feedback, coordinate with university staff, and participate in instructor training and regular syncs.

Lead and own CodePath’s full marketing organization — brand, learner growth, and B2B product marketing. Build and scale AI-native marketing systems, run paid acquisition and lifecycle funnels, optimize conversion and landing pages, enable sales with positioning and case studies, and hire and develop a high-performing team to drive enrollment, earned revenue, and brand authority.

Lead product for AI Corps: define roadmap, metrics, and platform powering fellow recruitment, matching, deployment, and enterprise L&D. Partner with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, Engineering, and Anthropic to run discovery, experiments, and ship high-quality experiences that scale to enterprise customers.

Contract recruiter to run two intensive 10-week screening waves for an AI fellowship. Review written applications, conduct 30-minute structured interviews, score candidates on a six-competency rubric, manage pipelines in Greenhouse, handle scheduling and no-shows, participate in calibration, and help refine rubric and process. Expected to sustain high volume (≈35 screens/week) and meet SLA timelines across hundreds of candidates.

Own and improve the core learner platform to increase learning rate, retention, and engagement at scale. Prioritize an AI-first roadmap, ship AI-assisted features (AI Tutor, AI Grader), define outcome metrics, run experiments, and collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, engaging learner experiences.

Lead and scale delivery operations for large, live education programs. Manage 1-2 layers of staff, own end-to-end program launches and live course streams, author playbooks and runbooks, ensure data-driven interventions, and maintain delivery quality and retention across formats and large cohorts.

Manage engineering projects and QA for a small, remote engineering team: track work, run bug pipeline, write and automate tests (Capybara when useful), coordinate engineers with product and internal stakeholders, and report status to leadership while using AI to streamline repetitive testing tasks.

Own end-to-end experience design for CodePath’s learning platform: map flows, navigation, and IA; build and maintain a design system; run product discovery with users and stakeholders; produce engineer-ready wireframes, prototypes, and specs; partner with PMs and engineers; and direct a UI contractor to deliver high-quality, consistent experiences.
