Recruiter will evaluate early-career applicants for Claude Corps across high-volume recruiting waves. Responsibilities include application review, structured interviews, evidence-based advancement recommendations, competency scoring, calibration, Greenhouse recordkeeping, candidate communication, and identifying process improvements. The role requires consistent judgment, efficient screening, strong documentation, equitable selection practices, and thoughtful use of AI tools while maintaining human oversight.

Embed with teams to audit workflows, build and productionize LLM/agent automations (using Claude and integrations), create reusable assets and guardrails, coach teams to self-sufficiency, and measure outcomes to prioritize future engagements.

Own new-logo acquisition for higher education: generate pipeline, run full sales cycles with CS faculty and administrators, close campus partnerships, manage HubSpot pipeline and forecasts, represent CodePath at conferences, and meet quarterly new-partner and enrollment targets. Expect regular travel to events and campus meetings.

Lead architecture and build full-stack web applications (Rails, Sinatra/Padrino, Django). Own infrastructure, data modeling, API design, and performance; write robust tests; mentor engineers; integrate AI/ML features; and collaborate with stakeholders to shape product and scale the platform.

Own growth and health of a 50+ campus partner network: expand course adoption, manage renewals, build faculty and administrative relationships, monitor partner health with data, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with Product and Delivery to ensure smooth implementations.

Lead and scale CodePath’s end-to-end talent acquisition function: own hiring process, rubrics, scorecards, recruiting stack, pipeline health, and employer brand. Build and coach a team of recruiters/sourcers, partner with senior leaders on hiring plans, drive volume and quality across technical and non-technical searches, and implement data- and AI-informed systems to deliver predictable time-to-hire and high-quality hires.

Manage and coach a team of mentors to ensure delivery outcomes for ~200 AI fellows at scale. Build delivery systems, run operational cadence, lead live instruction when needed, translate field signals into curriculum changes, and partner with strategic partners to close the feedback loop between mentors, fellows, and the curriculum team.

Full-time technical coach for ~10 pods (≈20 fellows). Provide PR-focused asynchronous code review, weekly 1:1s, milestone reviews, deliver just-in-time curriculum, surface cohort-wide patterns, and escalate issues to curriculum, partners, or Delivery Manager.

Own and improve the core learner platform to increase learning rate, retention, and engagement at scale. Prioritize an AI-first roadmap, ship AI-assisted features (AI Tutor, AI Grader), define outcome metrics, run experiments, and collaborate with Curriculum, Learning, and Engineering to deliver high-quality, engaging learner experiences.

Lead product for AI Corps: define roadmap, metrics, and platform powering fellow recruitment, matching, deployment, and enterprise L&D. Partner with Earned Revenue, Curriculum, Engineering, and Anthropic to run discovery, experiments, and ship high-quality experiences that scale to enterprise customers.

Execute high-volume outbound sourcing to build diverse candidate pipelines across multiple requisitions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and AI tools. Craft personalized outreach, partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine search strategies, track sourcing metrics, and contribute to employer branding and process improvements.

Manage engineering projects and QA for a small, remote engineering team: track work, run bug pipeline, write and automate tests (Capybara when useful), coordinate engineers with product and internal stakeholders, and report status to leadership while using AI to streamline repetitive testing tasks.
