CodePath.org Employee Reviews

This role fits how I actually see my value as a data scientist. Full-cycle, domain-driven, wearing multiple hats. The scope of the data science work itself was a big draw too. The role lives in two distinct spaces at once: building internal models and tools that colleagues actually use day-to-day, and producing rigorous research that evaluates CodePath's real-world impact. That duality keeps the work fresh and intellectually alive in a way a more singular, narrow role just wouldn't.
