Review written applications, conduct 30-minute structured interviews, score candidates on a six-competency rubric, manage pipelines in Greenhouse, handle scheduling and no-shows, participate in calibration, and help refine rubric and process. Expected to sustain high volume (≈35 screens/week) and meet SLA timelines across hundreds of candidates.
