Lead planning, design, contracting, budgeting, and construction delivery for data center projects. Serve as primary liaison among operations, design, contractors, and vendors, manage schedules, budgets, permitting, reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure fast, cost-effective project delivery and operational handover.

Manage and optimize the company ERP for finance, development, procurement, and construction workflows. Lead implementations, integrations, configurations, security roles, reporting, data reconciliation, and month/year-end close support. Partner with accounting, development, and IT to improve processes, automate tasks, and maintain system stability and controls.

Manage and support data center mechanical plant operations, including maintenance planning, emergency response, building automation systems, vendor coordination, CMMS procedure development, safety compliance, budgeting, and continuous improvement to ensure uninterrupted critical load availability.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany billing, tenant invoices and lender draw packages. Support audits, due diligence for capital transactions, tax filings for sales/use and exempt fuel, review invoices and allocations, train junior staff, and assist on accounting projects with site travel as required.

Manage accounting support for large-scale data center development projects: maintain financial pro-formas, track contracts/change orders, review contractor payment applications, process tenant allowance payments, support audits and SOX reviews, delegate and train junior accounting staff, compile financial data, and assist on accounting projects. Travel to sites and meetings as required.

Serve as CloudHQ's on-site CSA design subject matter expert, ensuring design execution and field compliance across data center projects. Monitor design progress, lead workshops, review submittals/RFIs, support commissioning and turnover, resolve technical issues, and liaise with development, construction, safety, operations, and commissioning teams to meet quality, schedule, cost, and safety targets.

Lead global telecom infrastructure design and delivery for hyperscale data centers (primarily AMER/LATAM). Manage regional engineering teams, vendors, budgets, and project sequencing. Oversee OSP/ISP/ICN architecture, fiber routing, structured cabling, Layer 2/3 designs, redundancy models, compliance with TIA-942/BICSI/IEEE, audits, capacity planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure on-time, on-budget deployments.

Lead accounting operations for funds, management entities, and investment properties. Oversee close processes, US GAAP financial reporting, fund/account reconciliations, audit and compliance, debt and REIT monitoring, capital activity accounting, third-party administrator coordination, process improvements, ERP/GL optimization, and manage and mentor accounting staff.

Manage fund accounting and investor reporting for real estate/REIT funds: review property-level closes, coordinate NAV and financial statement processes, ensure REIT compliance, prepare lender and cash waterfall reporting, maintain books in Yardi, support audits, KYC, and investor requests.

Manage and support day-to-day electrical operations of large-scale data center facilities. Develop maintenance strategies and CMMS procedures, coordinate vendors and contract staff, oversee budgets, ensure uptime of electrical distribution, UPS, standby generation, fire suppression, and security systems, and collaborate on design and innovation.

Lead identification, evaluation, and acquisition of land sites for hyperscale data center development. Conduct due diligence, risk assessment, permitting and land-use analysis, negotiate purchase/lease agreements, manage stakeholder relationships, and drive site pre-development and portfolio-level decision-making while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Maintain accounting records for funds and management companies, record contributions/distributions and intercompany activity, support monthly/quarterly/annual close and reconciliations, review property and asset-level financials, collaborate with third-party administrators and property managers, assist audits and regulatory filings, support accounts payable, and drive process improvements.

On-site EHS Manager for data center construction projects ensuring GC and subcontractor compliance with CloudHQ EHS standards and regulations. Conducts field inspections, incident investigations, KPI tracking, oversight of high-risk activities, plan reviews, and participation in safety committees and project meetings to drive consistent, proactive safety performance throughout construction.

Support development accounting by preparing journal entries, reconciling intercompany and bank accounts, monitoring credit card activity, performing GL variance analyses, assisting month-end close, job cost and financial statement preparation, supporting year-end audit, maintaining records, and contributing to accounting projects.

Support full lifecycle multifamily and mixed-use development by building pro formas and financial models, conducting feasibility and sensitivity analyses, coordinating design and construction teams, tracking schedules and budgets, assisting with entitlements, due diligence, financing, lender reporting, and preparing memos and updates for senior management and investors.

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements, consolidations, journal entries, account reconciliations, variance analyses, intercompany transactions, and tenant/customer invoices. Support audit requirements, review expenses and allocations, collaborate with property management and operations, train junior staff, manage multiple projects, and travel to sites or meetings as required.
