Provide commercial legal support across corporate transactions and the full lifecycle of data center development projects, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on regulatory matters, manage external counsel, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives.

Lead planning, design, contracting, budgeting, and construction delivery for data center projects. Serve as primary liaison among operations, design, contractors, and vendors, manage schedules, budgets, permitting, reports, and stakeholder communications to ensure fast, cost-effective project delivery and operational handover.

Manage and optimize the company ERP for finance, development, procurement, and construction workflows. Lead implementations, integrations, configurations, security roles, reporting, data reconciliation, and month/year-end close support. Partner with accounting, development, and IT to improve processes, automate tasks, and maintain system stability and controls.
