Lead accounting and finance functions for a growing real estate portfolio, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, HUD compliance, audits, capital markets coordination, cash flow and liquidity planning, due diligence for acquisitions, process improvements, and development of a high-performing accounting team.

Manage domestic insurance renewals (general liability, property, workers’ comp, cyber, umbrella, project-specific), coordinate underwriting and brokers, implement COI tracking, review contract insurance/indemnity requirements, manage claims and logs, support construction/project teams, and provide mentorship and insurance guidance across internal teams.

Provide commercial legal support across corporate transactions and the full lifecycle of data center development projects, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on regulatory matters, manage external counsel, and collaborate with global cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risk and support business objectives.
