Manages accounting operations for large-scale data centers, including journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, tenant billing, invoices, lender draw packages, tax filings, audits, ledger maintenance, and 1099 processing. Delegates responsibilities and trains junior staff while supporting corporate transactions and operational teams. Requires collaboration with property management, vendors, tenants, lenders, and executives, along with occasional site and business travel.

Lead accounting and finance functions for a growing real estate portfolio, overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, HUD compliance, audits, capital markets coordination, cash flow and liquidity planning, due diligence for acquisitions, process improvements, and development of a high-performing accounting team.

Manage domestic insurance renewals (general liability, property, workers’ comp, cyber, umbrella, project-specific), coordinate underwriting and brokers, implement COI tracking, review contract insurance/indemnity requirements, manage claims and logs, support construction/project teams, and provide mentorship and insurance guidance across internal teams.
