Lead end-to-end development of multifamily and mixed-use projects: feasibility, underwriting, entitlements, design, construction, and stabilization. Manage budgets, schedules, pro forma financial analysis, permitting, project teams, financing/draws, risk mitigation, and present recommendations to senior leadership to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Manage installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of data center telecom backbone (fiber, copper, coax). Oversee carrier access, vendor work, OSP/ISP pathways, documentation, project coordination, risk mitigation, fiber monitoring and integration with facility systems. Serve as senior IT contact for infrastructure projects and support new builds and expansions.

Lead electrical systems design and delivery for CloudHQ data centers across the Americas, managing third-party consultants and cross-functional stakeholders through planning, construction, commissioning, and operational handover while driving reliability, efficiency, standards development, and continuous improvement.
