The Onboarding Manager will ensure successful customer onboarding with CleverTap's SDK and APIs, guiding technical stakeholders and facilitating their integration processes to achieve business goals.

Owner of end-to-end international invoicing and accounts receivable. Manage billing accuracy, collections, DSO improvement, reconciliations, dispute resolution, audit support, foreign-currency accounting, and drive automation of AR processes while partnering with Sales and Customer Success.

Lead controllership for multi-entity operations: manage GST/TDS/corporate tax and ROC compliance, statutory audits, month-end close, GL reconciliations, IFC documentation, and process improvements to automate and strengthen finance controls.

Lead and scale a multifunctional solutions organization (onboarding, TAMs, solution engineers). Define goals and KPIs, standardize onboarding playbooks, improve time-to-value and CSAT, drive product adoption and demo-to-deal conversion, act as escalation point, and partner with Sales to support acquisition and revenue growth.
