About the Role:
As a Manager - Product Design, you will take ownership of one of our core product lanes. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team to create intuitive and user-centric designs that encourage users to engage, adopt, and derive value from our product.
- Leading the user experience direction for the engagement feature set. From concept to delivery, ensuring a seamless user experience that enhances customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand customer needs, define design requirements, and create solutions that balance user needs with business goals
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly to stakeholders and developers
- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights, validate design and iterate based on feedback
- Conceive and implement design standards and guidelinesStay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas and innovation to the product
What are we looking for?
Must have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on SaaS platforms, preferably in B2B environments
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, UX research, and usability best practices
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work, from ideation to implementation
- Proven track record of collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact designs
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively
- Formal design education
Good to have:
- Experience working with design systems
- Some frontend knowledge in styling (CSS, SCSS)
