This is a hands-on player-coach role involving technical direction, team management, and production software development.

Build quality into product development across multiple teams through exploratory, risk-based, and automated testing. Develop and maintain web, API, and integration test coverage using Playwright and TypeScript; investigate application, pipeline, and system failures; improve testability, reliability, and developer feedback loops; identify systemic quality issues; and help teams make informed release and risk decisions.
