Coordinates daily tutoring and academic coaching operations, including recruiting, training, supervising, scheduling, platform administration, data reporting, student outreach, and retention support. Provides individualized academic coaching, monitors student performance, develops educational resources, collaborates with campus partners, and represents services at events and workshops. Also supports academic ceremonies and promotes inclusive, student-centered services for diverse student populations.

Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, participate in curriculum development and accreditation, advise students, engage in scholarship (research, publishing, grant writing), serve on university committees, and support the School and University mission. Maintain professional development, stay current with nursing practice and technology, and perform related duties as assigned. Position is on-site and full-time (9–11 month appointment).

Serve as the primary technical analyst for institutional research and reporting: produce and validate recurring and ad-hoc reports, develop dashboards and data packets, support external compliance submissions (IPEDS, CDS, state/accreditation), maintain documentation/data dictionaries, conduct data validation and QA, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to improve workflows while ensuring FERPA and data privacy compliance.

Develop and execute enrollment-focused communications and recruitment marketing across Slate CRM, email, web, ads, and print. Create segmented campaigns, landing pages, and persuasive copy to drive inquiries and enrollment. Collaborate with admissions and academic leaders, optimize content for SEO and conversion, monitor campaign performance, and refine messaging based on analytics.

Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, develop and assess curriculum, advise students, participate in accreditation and university committees, produce scholarship (research, publishing, grant writing), and use educational technology to support in-class and online learning.

Provide undergraduate academic advising to promote student success, monitor progression to graduation, interpret policies (FERPA), document interactions, manage interventions via early alert systems, coordinate workshops, assist with career/internship guidance, support orientation and transition programs, and perform division-assigned duties.

Provide Level 2 escalated support for campus wired and wireless networks, perform routine network hardware/software maintenance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with network security and disaster recovery, maintain inventory and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and mentor Level 1 service desk staff.

Teach undergraduate and graduate psychology courses (21 credit hours/year); advise students; participate in curriculum development, assessment, accreditation, grant writing, and scholarship; serve on university committees; maintain office hours and provide program-related service.

Faculty will assist the DMFT and MS-MFT director in overseeing MFT programs, teach (21 load hours/year), manage accreditation and program assessment, chair/serve on dissertations, recruit and advise students, support adjuncts, contribute to curriculum development, engage in grant writing and community outreach, and promote program growth and student retention.

Manage and update Jarrett Middle School website: publish events, announcements, and news; create clear content; monitor site functionality; and collaborate with staff to organize engaging content.

Provide on-site technical support at Hokulani Elementary: troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; diagnose and repair faults; install and configure technology systems to minimize disruptions and optimize user experience. Work is part-time and schedule-flexible under Federal Work-Study.

Teach and manage DMFT and MS-MFT programs, oversee accreditation and dissertation processes, recruit and advise students, support adjuncts, contribute to curriculum development, grant writing, and community partnerships to promote the program.

Support environmental care and restoration along Pālolo Stream by removing rubbish, documenting field data and ʻOʻopu counts, cutting back invasive vegetation, relocating green waste, protecting native features, participating in cultural stewardship activities, and assisting with coordinated community workdays.

Teach doctoral courses (18 credit hours/year) in the PsyD program, advise dissertations and students, participate in curriculum development, accreditation, assessment, committees, and develop scholarship. Provide academic mentoring and program service; on-campus in Oahu; must maintain clinical psychologist licensure or be license-eligible in Hawai'i.
