Supports incarcerated and post-release students through academic advising, intervention, retention efforts, workshops, study halls, and resource coordination. Builds relationships with students, faculty, facility staff, and university offices; tracks performance, addresses academic challenges, distributes course materials, and assists with reentry plans involving education, employment, and community resources. Requires on-site work at correctional facilities, VolinCor certification, occasional evenings and weekends, and coordination with the Prison Education Program Director.

Provide front-line support at the student learning center: greet and assist students, handle communications and clerical tasks, support ADA accommodations and proctoring, help students set study strategies and SMART goals, maintain reduced-distraction study space, and provide event support as needed.

Provide Level 2 escalated support for campus wired and wireless networks, perform routine network hardware/software maintenance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, assist with network security and disaster recovery, maintain inventory and documentation, coordinate with vendors, and mentor Level 1 service desk staff.
