Serve as the primary technical analyst for institutional research and reporting: produce and validate recurring and ad-hoc reports, develop dashboards and data packets, support external compliance submissions (IPEDS, CDS, state/accreditation), maintain documentation/data dictionaries, conduct data validation and QA, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to improve workflows while ensuring FERPA and data privacy compliance.

Develop and execute enrollment-focused communications and recruitment marketing across Slate CRM, email, web, ads, and print. Create segmented campaigns, landing pages, and persuasive copy to drive inquiries and enrollment. Collaborate with admissions and academic leaders, optimize content for SEO and conversion, monitor campaign performance, and refine messaging based on analytics.

Teach undergraduate and graduate nursing courses, develop and assess curriculum, advise students, participate in accreditation and university committees, produce scholarship (research, publishing, grant writing), and use educational technology to support in-class and online learning.
