Serve as faculty overseeing DMFT and MS-MFT programs: program assessment and accreditation, curriculum development, student recruitment and retention, dissertation committee leadership, adjunct support, community partnerships, and mentoring. Provide program management, record-keeping, and promote professional engagement and internship opportunities.

Serve as the primary technical analyst for institutional research and reporting: produce and validate recurring and ad-hoc reports, develop dashboards and data packets, support external compliance submissions (IPEDS, CDS, state/accreditation), maintain documentation/data dictionaries, conduct data validation and QA, translate findings for non-technical stakeholders, and responsibly use AI-assisted tools to improve workflows while ensuring FERPA and data privacy compliance.

Develop and execute enrollment-focused communications and recruitment marketing across Slate CRM, email, web, ads, and print. Create segmented campaigns, landing pages, and persuasive copy to drive inquiries and enrollment. Collaborate with admissions and academic leaders, optimize content for SEO and conversion, monitor campaign performance, and refine messaging based on analytics.
