The role requires multilingual communication, CRM familiarity, organizational skills, computer literacy, empathy, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment while meeting daily and monthly targets.

Develop new veterinary healthcare business opportunities, build sales pipelines, cultivate corporate and strategic partnerships, and drive membership growth. Create sales strategies, presentations, proposals, and campaigns; maintain CRM records; conduct market research; lead sales conversations; and meet monthly targets. The role also builds and trains sales teams, establishes performance frameworks, collaborates with veterinary and marketing teams, and represents the organization at industry events.
