Manage IT infrastructure across hospital and branch locations, including hardware, software, networks, CCTV, telephone systems, printers, and biometric systems. Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors and procurement, maintain IT asset registers and inventories, support audits and compliance, verify backups, and assist with new branch infrastructure setup.

Oversee procurement, inventory, supplier relationships, logistics, freight, pricing, and warehouse operations across multiple veterinary hospital branches and an online pet shop. Lead the purchasing team, optimize costs, manage vendor contracts, track shipments, produce inventory and financial reports, and implement a warehouse management system with barcode scanning. Drive process improvements, stock availability, supply chain efficiency, and cross-department communication.

Coordinates inpatient pet admissions, discharges, billing, transfers, appointments, records, client communication, visiting hours, escalations, and interdepartmental workflows. Supports safe pet transport, outstanding payment resolution, customer satisfaction, referral reporting, department cleanliness, and daily planning across staff and hospital branches.
