We are seeking a highly responsible and
technically capable IT Manager to manage and maintain the complete IT
infrastructure across all hospital and branch locations. The role includes
hardware and software management, network administration, CCTV systems,
security systems, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and technical
support to all departments. The IT Manager will ensure that all systems run
smoothly, securely, and efficiently as per company SOPs, policies, and
operational requirements.
· Set up workstations with
computers, routers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
· Check and maintain computer
hardware including HDD, keyboards, mouse, monitors and internal components.
· Install, configure and maintain
operating systems and required software applications.
· Develop, manage and maintain
LAN/WAN networks to ensure optimal performance.
· Ensure network security, data
protection and privacy across all systems.
· Provide guidance and training
to staff on using software, systems and IT equipment.
· Schedule upgrades, system
updates and preventive maintenance without interrupting workflow.
· Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware, software and network issues quickly.
· Identify shortages of IT
equipment and coordinate procurement.
· Install, maintain and repair
CCTV systems across all branches.
· Maintain telephone systems and
coordinate with telecom vendors for issue resolution.
· Support management of telephone
and internet connections for branches.
· Repair and maintain laptops,
desktops and other IT hardware.
· Handle printer installation,
repair and maintenance.
· Resolve biometric attendance
system issues.
· Provide networking support
across locations.
· Provide remote technical
support to staff and other branches.
· Support new branch setups
including full IT infrastructure installation.
· Maintain a complete IT Asset
Register for all company equipment including laptops, desktops, printers,
networking devices, CCTV systems, and other electronic equipment.
· Ensure proper tagging and
tracking of all IT assets across branches.
· Update records for new
purchases, transfers between branches, repairs, and disposals.
· Coordinate with Administration
and Accounts teams for procurement and stock records.
· Conduct periodic physical
verification of IT assets and reconcile with system records.
· Maintain inventory levels of
essential IT accessories and spare parts.
· Ensure all IT systems and
infrastructure follow company SOPs and IT policies.
· Maintain documentation for
installations, repairs, upgrades, and system changes.
· Prepare reports and records
required for internal and external audits.
· Support management during IT
audits by providing system documentation and asset records.
· Ensure data backup systems are
functioning properly and verify backup schedules.
· Monitor system security and
ensure compliance with data protection and privacy guidelines.
· Identify risks related to IT
infrastructure and recommend improvements.
· Strong knowledge of computer

Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science or related field.
3–6 years experience in IT infrastructure
or system administration preferred.
