We ensure our compensation plans are competitive by reviewing internal pay bands at least once per year against specific market data. Instead of letting a rigid process dictate salaries, we give our managers the tools, data, and final say to make realistic pay decisions based on actual experience, role mastery, and performance. Many of our compensation packages also include long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units, where we target a specific dollar amount to ensure equity grants are providing the intended value.
